It's a great way to earn some money while going to school, as a side hustle or even to meet people.The responsibilities of the host person are:Punctuality and flexible schedule (Tuesdays through Sundays)Graciously seat guestsKeep menus clean and organizedEnsure that guests are enjoying their experienceEngage with the guests at their tables by filling water, removing plates or glassesPolitely and informatively answer incoming phone callsEnsure that rest room supplies are maintained and replenished
